Dave Started his building career in the North West of England but has completed many projects in Wales, London and the Midlands where he has adapted to using different products and materials , as in Spain.
The services we provide can range from installation of a simple towel warmer to complete bathroom, to fitting a new Hob/oven to a full kitchen.
Dave’s no.1 aim is to provide a complete building service for the customer and will always listen and advise wherever possible. Within our company we employ English Speaking staff on all our projects so no problem with language/translation.

Whenever our clients are not able to be in Spain during work we always liaise via email, telephone showing progress as work completed so you can be assured work is progressing.
Keys can be left with us or a neighbour so we can gain access.
We also offer a key-holding/holiday changeover cleaning service. Our aim being to keep your investment as secure as possible. We offer one off spring clean, weekly cleaning or holiday changeover cleans.
All cleaning products provided by ourselves are tried and tested. Our staff provide a valuable service whereby any issues with the property can be dealt with in a speedy manner.

Roofing Service.
Our roofing service can be from a single tile repair/flat roof repair or renewal , we will advise as to which service would suit you best. We will always listen to your requests.
Maybe you require guttering? This can reduce the amount of water pouring onto your walls when the rain comes. We can give you a free quote as to which we think will be best to suit your property.
As with all our other work roofing and gutters carry our guarantee.
When making an enquiry for a free quote Dave will arrange with yourselves a convenient time to suit both of us, Dave is proud of his punctuality if he says 10am he will not arrive at 12 or the next day, if situation arises where running late he would always ring to advise and arrange alternative appointment if required.
We ask all our clients on completion of work to fill in a satisfaction log to which nearly all are happy to complete, this is how we monitor if client is totally happy with the completed project.

Whilst building work is in progress we aim to keep to a minimum all mess/dust we cover with dust sheets/polythene all furniture/cupboards/appliances, we believe a clean site is a happy and safe site. Many of our clients live in there properties whilst work is in progress we always keep this in mind, whilst we need to turn off water/power we will keep to a minimum and will always advise beforehand.
We offer a complete painting service from a single room , full house, house exterior, grills, balustrades.

Our tiling service can be from repairing a single tile on your patio to replacing your bathroom tiles. Maybe tiles to your Kitchen to renew tiles to your floor or we can tile your swimming pool area, tiles can be purchased by yourself or we can provide all materials inc tiles, adhesives, trims grouts. If you prefer we can advise where to obtain materials at best prices, be it floor tiles, wall, non slip or porcelain tiles, exterior/interior tiles.
